Everything You Need to Publish Successfully from Manuscript to Market

May 20 at 7 p.m. ET

WEBINAR HOSTED BY OMEGA INSTITUTE

Dear Authors,

We’ve heard from many prospective authors how complex and overwhelming the publishing process can be. In response, we’re offering a two-hour webinar intended for authors who wish to deepen their understanding of how publishing works. It’s our intention that participants leave with a clear map to successful publication.

The webinar is presented by Paul Cohen, founder/publisher of Monkfish Book Publishing Company and president/publisher of Epigraph Publishing Service. It will include a review of the different kinds of publishing available, including self-publishing, traditional publishing, specialist, and hybrid publishing and how to know which type is best for your book.

Main topics to be covered:

•  How to acquire a publishing contract with an established publisher
•  Agents, queries, and book proposals
•  How to get your book into bookstores even if you are self-publishing
•  The different kinds of edits, and knowing which your book needs
•  Optimizing titles and subtitles
•  Sales, marketing, and media
•  Understanding distribution
•  Book economics including royalties

Registration is now open with Omega. You can find more info and register HERE.

We encourage everyone to register early and invite you to spread the word to your friends and colleagues.

Hope to see you on May 20! If you can’t make it, this class will be available on demand for two months to all registrants.

Warmest wishes,
The Monkfish Team
