Love Will Lead Me Home

Reinee E. Pasarow grew up in southern California, and attended UCLA. With husband Michael, she managed a successful food brokerage business. But a debilitating multiple sclerosis progressed throughout her life. At 16, she went into anaphylactic shock and was pronounced dead. Her spiritual awakening was a direct result of this near-death experience. She went on to share her experience with live audiences and on television throughout the 1980s and ‘90s, including ABC’s 20/20, before NDEs were widely known. She was also featured in many magazine articles and books. She passed away peacefully at home in California in 2020, at 69.

Anna M. Powers is cofounder and director of Diversity Dance Workshop, an internationally renowned dance company based in Seattle. Anna has written articles and editorials for The Guardian, and produced large-scale concerts and other events in Seattle, as well as concerts for the Bahá’í World Congress in New York. Today she resides both in Palo Alto, California and Sweden, her ancestral home.
